About the Role

As a Team Member, you’ll support the PIC in staging, mixing/loading, and maintaining equipment to ensure missions run smoothly. This is an excellent entry point for individuals interested in precision agricultural and drone operations, with a clear path for growth into advanced roles.

What You Will Do

• Prepare sites, manage battery charging, and oversee staging logistics
• Mix and load products under PIC supervision and label guidance
• Assist with hose management, tank refills, and equipment recovery
• Maintain accurate records and support flight logs
• Perform basic equipment checks and light maintenance

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong English reading/writing skills for logs and product labels
• Ability to lift 50 lb and work outdoors in variable conditions
• Reliable, organized, and safety-minded
• Willingness to travel

Preferred

• CDL or trailer towing experience
• Prior ag retail, custom application, or warehouse experience
• Strong interest in drone operations
• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (or desire to obtain)
• State pesticide applicator license (or ability to obtain quickly)
